This 8-week support group is designed for individuals navigating the challenges of grief and loss. With 8-10 participants, the group provides a safe, compassionate space to process emotions, share experiences, and develop coping strategies. Each session incorporates guided discussions, therapeutic exercises, and evidence-based techniques to support emotional healing. A brief screener will be conducted before joining to assess the severity of grief and ensure the group is a good fit for each participant. The total cost for the entire 10-week program is FREE, making it an affordable option for those seeking support in their healing journey.
This ongoing support group provides a safe, inclusive, and judgment-free space for individuals in the LGBT community to share experiences, find support, and build connections. There is no minimum group size, allowing participants to join at any time. Discussions focus on identity, relationships, mental health, self-acceptance, and navigating societal challenges. The group fosters a sense of belonging and empowerment through open dialogue and peer support. Participation is completely free, but donations are welcomed to help sustain and expand the group’s resources.
